Go woke, go broke.

If your staff or marketing/ advertising department is taking your

money and using it for a political agenda that ruins your business, cut them off.

If you keep hiring from the same Ivy League bucket, stop accepting applicants from those schools.

If your new hires are more concerned about the latest hysteria in politics than doing right by your business, don't hire them. Do some due diligence on their social media.
