Avoiding lawsuits: get your HR policies in order

If you are a business owner of any size, unless you are a literal day care center, YOU ARE NOT A DAY CARE CENTER for your employees!


As long as you are obeying the LAW (not the latest trend, or politically correct nonsense) you do not need to infantilize your employees. In fact, my prediction is the abundance of and emphasis on DEI, safe spaces, new "perspectives" (cough, cough) on gender, etc. are creating resentment, poor performance and yes, you guessed it, MORE complaints, lawsuits and poor morale.


Yes, I believe these "initiatives" can be used as a weapon and hold good workers hostage. They are not REQUIRED by law and I believe will do more damage than help.


Be a REBEL, Be an ICON OF FREE CHOICE.
